This t-shirt was first sold at the NIS America booth at Anime Expo, which ran from the 30th June to the 2nd July 2012. It was then made available from the NIS America online store on the 24th July 2012. It sold out in early - mid 2013.

The t-shirt is black and features a prinny silhouette on the front with 'one billion' written in Japanese. The back of the t-shirt has the text 'One Billion Damage Club' printed inside a circle. The left sleeve features the 'Prinny State' logo.
